What are your payment terms and refund policy?

Refund & Credit Policy:

  • NO CASH REFUNDS are provided under any circumstances
  • Eligible cases may receive CREDIT NOTES valid for 6 months
  • Credit notes can be used for any treatment of equal or greater value
  • Partial credit may be issued for cancelled package treatments
  • Credit notes are non-transferable and non-refundable
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds for any reason including dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, medical contraindications discovered post-payment, or force majeure events.
